Nkporo Youth Football Tournament 2024/2025 Season.

The long-awaited football tournament in Nkporo, hosted by Hon. Okocha Uchenna Onuoha, is finally here and gone, with Ndi Nko FC crowned champion of this 7th edition.

A Brief Historical Background

This football tournament was borne out of the love that Hon Okocha Uchenna Onuoha has for Nkporo Youths. His primary aim is to unify and unite Nkporo Youths through Sports. This ambition to unite Nkporo Youths through football and to sponsor some good players to either get professional club sides in Nigeria and abroad started in 2018 and has been a success to date.  Uchenna Okocha Foundation was the sole sponsor of this competition until the 2023/2024 Season when Jackson Ude, Blacko, Morokwu, Nna Malaysia, Humble, and John assisted.
In the last edition of the 2024/2025 Season, Jackson Ude contributed massively to making the event a success.
The competition has produced young players who have featured in both local and international leagues, but More Prominent Men of Nkporo should partner with this movement to take it to the next level. Nkporo Must be Great.
